This Privacy Policy applies to appog.ai and to the services we operate on behalf of our business clients (including AI-powered voice agents that answer phone calls, text agents that respond to SMS messages, and web-based voice widgets embedded on our clients’ websites).

With the businesses you contact. When you interact with an AI agent representing a specific business, that business receives your contact information and the content of your interaction so they can follow up with you.

With service providers who help us operate. We use trusted third parties including Twilio (voice and SMS delivery), OpenRouter and Anthropic (AI model providers), and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers process information only as necessary to deliver services to us and are contractually bound to protect it.

For legal reasons. If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AppoG AI, our clients, or others.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in, you may receive SMS messages from AppoG AI on behalf of the business you contacted. Please review our full SMS Consent page for details on message frequency, opt-out, and message and data rates.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services and to comply with our legal obligations. Voice recordings and message transcripts are typically retained by the business client you contacted according to their own retention policies.
