AppoG AI operates AI-powered voice and text agents on behalf of business clients. When you provide your phone number to AppoG AI or one of our business clients, you may receive SMS messages related to your inquiry.

What Messages You Will Receive

• Response messages from AI-powered business assistants
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Follow-up communications related to your inquiry or service request
• Service-related notifications from businesses you have contacted

How You Opt In

By providing your phone number through one of these channels:

• A contact form or booking widget on appog.ai or a business client’s website that displays SMS consent language
• A direct conversation with an AppoG AI voice agent where you agree to SMS follow-up
• A signup form or lead capture where SMS opt-in language is displayed

You are opting in to receive SMS messages related to that specific inquiry.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all future AppoG AI SMS messages. You will receive a confirmation message. Standard STOP keyword compliance applies. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Once you opt out, you will not receive further SMS messages from AppoG AI unless you opt in again.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and the business you contacted. Most users receive 1-5 messages per inquiry. If you have an ongoing conversation with an AI agent, you may receive more frequent messages while that conversation is active.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan. AppoG AI does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.

Privacy

We handle your phone number and message content according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number and message content are shared only with:

• The business client whose service you contacted
• Twilio (our SMS delivery provider) as necessary to deliver messages
• AI providers (OpenRouter, Anthropic, Google) as necessary to generate responses

Terms of Service

By using SMS communications from AppoG AI, you also agree to our Terms of Service. SMS use is subject to CTIA guidelines and carrier rules.
